• Submission fees are non-refundable, and deadlines must be strictly followed.

3. Screening & Selection Process

• Selected films will be chosen based on creativity, originality, and storytelling impact.
• The festival reserves the right to determine the screening schedule and format.
• Filmmakers must provide high-quality screening copies in the required format before the festival deadline.

4. Participation in Workshops & Events

• Workshop and mentorship session spots are limited and will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Participants are expected to engage respectfully and contribute positively to discussions.
• Recording or distributing workshop content without permission is prohibited.

5. Networking & Collaboration

• The festival encourages collaboration, but any business agreements or partnerships formed during the event are the sole responsibility of the parties involved.
• Sharing unauthorized promotional materials or engaging in unauthorized sales during the festival is not permitted.

6. Press & Media Coverage

• Festival attendees may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. By participating, attendees grant permission for their image or likeness to be used in festival media.
• Press credentials are required for media personnel covering the festival and must be approved in advance.

7. Code of Ethics & Copyright Compliance

• Plagiarism, copyright infringement, or misrepresentation of work will result in disqualification and potential legal action.
• Participants must respect intellectual property rights and obtain proper licensing for any third-party content used in their films.

8. Health & Safety

• Attendees must follow all health and safety guidelines, including any venue-specific regulations.
• In case of an emergency, festival staff should be notified immediately for assistance.

9. Policy Violations

• Any violation of these rules may result in removal from the festival without a refund.
